Tobias Sproehnle

Tobias Sproehnle is the co-founder and CEO of PANTA, a London-based FinTech startup focused on modernising financial index infrastructure. He has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, benchmark administration and index technology. Before founding PANTA in 2024, he held leadership positions at Thomson Reuters Benchmark Services and Moorgate Benchmarks. At PANTA, he leads the company’s vision to automate and digitalise the entire index management value chain for asset managers and financial institutions.
