Editorial Independence
FounderTrove's editorial team operates independently from our commercial and advertising functions. Advertisers do not influence, review, or approve editorial content before publication. Commercial relationships are never a factor in our decisions to cover or not cover a company or individual.
Conflicts of Interest
Staff and contributors must disclose any personal, financial, or professional relationship with companies or individuals they are reporting on. Where a conflict cannot be avoided, the article will be assigned to another writer or the conflict will be clearly disclosed to readers.
Sources and Anonymity
We protect confidential sources. When a source is granted anonymity, we have satisfied ourselves that the information they provide is credible and that the need for anonymity is genuine. We will not reveal the identity of a confidential source.
Sponsored and Paid Content
All sponsored content, native advertising, and paid placements are clearly labelled as "Sponsored" at the top of the relevant page. Paid content never implies editorial endorsement.
Privacy
We collect and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish private information about individuals without a clear public interest justification.
Harassment and Discrimination
We do not publish content that harasses, discriminates against, or incites hatred towards any individual or group.
